This was our second trip to Disney World this year. How fun! It just kind of happened this way. Babcia Ewa was here, the weather was wonderful and Paul had a business conference in Orlando so we all decided to join him and enjoy the sunny Florida together. We spent 4 days in Disney World and 4 days on the beach. It was such a wonderful trip and it was nice to just get away and change the scenery all together. We were also told that this was a great time to go to Disney World but although it wasn't as packed as it was earlier this year, it was still pretty crowded (except on Tuesday where we basically had all the park to ourselves, no lines whatsoever!). Anyways we stayed at Disney resort hotel so we didn't have to drive anywhere while in Disney. Noah was in "heaven". He loved it even more than last time and he also did more things than last time (like riding Splash Mountain 4 times in a row with babcia or Thunder Mountain :)I know crazy! He went with babcia because i was too scared. How pitiful :) Although he loved Splash Mountain (it scared me a bit) he did not like the Thunder Mountain roller-coaster. He just went on it once and that was it. I cannot ride roller coasters. They scare me too much. I tried it couple times (they say that if you are scared of something u can overcome your fears by doing things that you fear most). Well i never overcome my fear of heights and I am now even more certain than before that i will NEVER go on roller-coaster again :) Anyways, we spent three days in Magic Kingdom and one day in Animal Kingdom. At the time we were in Disney, they had a special, closed to public Halloween party (u had to buy additional tickets for this) so me, Noah and babcia decided to go. The party started at 8pm with Electrical Parade and then they had a special Halloween Parade, followed by a Trick or Treat party and other attractions including special spooky fireworks, concert with Disney characters and no lines at the rides. We stayed at the park till 12am and came back home after 1am. Noah had such a wonderful time that we decided to stay :) I had a good time myself. Going from one ride to the next with maximum wait time of 10 minutes. It was hard to get up next day but we did it and in no time we were ready for a next day full of activities. Leah did fabulously! I carried her almost non-stop in my baby carrier (not because she didn't want to sit in a stroller but because i wanted her to see everything). She was mesmerized by the characters and loved the Dreams Come True Parade (she did get scared once when a huge bear came close to her but other than that she was anything but shy). She just adored Minnie and we had to take a picture with her so that Leah could see her from up close. Everybody had such a wonderful and magical time together (minus the rip off prices that is :) No really, we all loved it and cannot wait to go back with the kids probably sometimes next year. Anyways I'm going to post the Disney pictures here and then i will make a separate blog post for the beach (too many pictures :)
