3 and a half weeks Leah

The weather has been incredible in Atlanta for the last couple weeks. We had almost 70 degrees here almost every day :)When its warm like this we are all outside all day, either relaxing in our backyard or playing with other kids on the street up front. Today we have spent our morning cleaning up around our garden and relaxing on the swing with Leah. Noah has been at the Mother's Morning Out at that time so this is the reason he didn't participate in our pictures. Leah grows up so fast and now weighs over 10 pounds. She loves swinging and is already holding her head really well. She is a strong girl! Oh and soo sweet and precious!!!

Valentines Day!!

Happy Valentines Day everyone! I am always excited about Valentines Day and since i now take pictures of every single event in our lives, I had to make special preparations for
our Valentines session as well. This year it's even more special because of Leah. So i bought a cute outfit for my little girl earlier this year (not too many great outfits there for boys) and we were off shooting some pictures. I really like the way they turned out and will cherish them for the rest of my life.

Noah and Leah

I am always fascinated by the differences between Noah and Leah when their were born. They do look similar in some ways but also so different in others (especially when it comes to their size). I love looking at both of them in the pictures and remember this special time in my life when the two of them entered and rocked my world :) There is nothing more beautiful than to have a child. I lately came across these two quotes that simply summarize how i feel about my two angels:

Leah's first photo sessions

I feel really guilty of not being able to update my blog in such a long time but I found out that having a newborn and a toddler at home at the same time is really hard and I am still learning to get organized with kids and also find times for other things in my life (such as updating and editing the pictures of my kids :) Anyways, for the first 3 weeks Leah was a real sweetheart, sleeping the entire time during the day and waking up only to take her meals. A real sleeping beauty :)So I had to make sure that i take lots of pictures of her while she sleeps and looks so cute. Thank you babcia for all our help with all my newborn sessions. I couldn't have done it without you! Obviously I am still learning to be a better photographer and even now i see things in my pictures that i would have done it differently now, but I am glad I took on this challenge because some of the pictures turned out really nice (some are even a god material for digital painting, although i have no idea when i will find time to attempt this again). All in all, I LOVE Leah's photos and can't wait to make prints of them. I only wish i had known how to take photos when Noah was born but he does have a lot of cool photos from 6 months on :)So here is my princess Leah:
