Happy Birthday Darling!
There are no words to describe how much richer our life has become when you entered our world exactly one year ago at 10:36am. Even though you weighed very little, just 5 pounds and 14 ounces (now you weigh 24 pounds and 13 ounces) you were a very strong boy from the beginning. You held your head up pretty well at just couple of weeks, you sat up straight at 6 months and took your first steps at 9 and a half months. You are fast, sharp and very eager to learn (by now you can point out some Polish words such as: lampa, domek, pieski, kotki, nos, oko, Lilly, Josh, just to name a few). You have a wonderful and easy temperament and you sleep around 14 hours per night (I am not joking :) We put you down approximately at 7pm and you wake up next morning around 9:30am-10am). That's my boy!! I really wish I could bottle you up at this age and keep it tucked away forever. I LOVE you at this age. I especially love when you laugh out loud- this is the best present you can give us! Just laugh and always be happy! It’s those little moments when you laugh that melt my heart day in and day out. Happy birthday to our sweet, adorable boy. I can’t wait to see you grow even more!
Noah last year...just minutes after his birth.
Noah today, one year later enjoying his visit to Kangazoom :)
We all had so much fun in Kangazoom (mommy and babcia are really tired of jumping this evening :))
Happy Birthday my little sweetheart. We had a blast! We love you beyond any words you can find.

Apple Orchard and pumpkin patch!!
Today we decided to take a trip to North Georgia Mountains and enjoy all the beautiful tree colors and seasonal goodies that autumn has to offer. I LOVE the fall season (not only because of Noah's birth)but mostly for it's uniqueness and diversity. I enjoy the Halloween decorations, Thanksgiving holiday and of course Christmas!!! That's my most favorite time of the year and I am soo happy we can spend it with babcia Ewa again.
Anyways, September/October is apple picking time in Georgia so we headed up to Ellijay to pick up some apples (which i hope can become a family tradition for Noah:) There are lots of apple houses in North Georgia, but only a few that actually let you pick your own so we had a blast walking around, picking up apples and eating one after the other :)I am not really sure how many apples Noah chewed on but it was a LOT of them...the boy loves apples :)) After that we took Noah to a petting zoo where he could pet on different kinds of animals such as: goats, pigs, rabbits, sheep, etc...he had such a great time there because he loves all kinds of animals. We finished our day trip with a visit to a Burt's farm. This was Noah's second pumpkin patch this year but we wanted to take babcia Ewa with us this time. I seriously look forward to this day ALL year long that's how much i like pumpkin patches :)) It was packed with people but we enjoyed the cooler fall weather, seeing all different kinds of pumpkins and riding on the hayride with Noah!!! The pumpkins there were really amazing and the biggest we have ever seen in our lives!!

Noah's 1st birthday party!
This past weekend we have celebrated Noah's first birthday party! Yeah!!! I have been looking forward to this party since he was born :) I was kind of hoping that Noah will be able to walk way before his first birthday so at the party he could run around with other kids and have real fun. Well, Noah has been practicing his walking since his 9 and a half months and he was a real pro walker during his birthday bash :) He blended with other kids perfectly, walked around without hesitation (in spite of very crowded house)and played with other kids just like i have imagined he would :)) What's even more important, I have really wanted babcia Ewa to be here with us on this special day and she was :)) She helped us with all the preparations, cooking, decorations (she even made a bouquet of roses from leaves) and wonderful babysitting. I couldn't have asked for more :) Noah's party turned out really well, even though the house was little bit overcrowded (people and kiddos everywhere :)) Everyone seemed to have a good time (especially enjoying babcia Ewa's Polish gulasz :)) Yummie!!! I really need to learn how to make it now since so many people asked me for the recipe :)) Anyways, Noah had a good time at the party, however i think he was little bit overwhelmed by how many people were at the house so by the time his smashing cake was served, he didn't feel comfortable to be put on the spot :) I think he might have enjoyed his smashing cake if there was more privacy in the room :) Anyways, my little boy was a shining star at the party and he looked so darn handsome in his white blouse and a black bow bought and tied up by babcia Ewa :)) This was an unforgettable party and i will cherish the memories from it for the rest of my life.
Noah right before the party, very serious...
