Thompson Park photo session

For quite a while now I wanted to take Noah to Thompson Park for a photo session but I never could find a right time for it. Well today we had no plans for the day so we decided to spend our afternoon in a Thompson park. I love this place. Me and doggies used to come here pretty often for a doggie swim and ducks chasing but things have changed for the pups quite a bit since Noah came to our life...let me just say that i can no longer handle two big, rambunctious dogs and a baby so the doggies had to stay at home this time :)) However, me and Noah had a lot of fun together. Noah had a chance to ride his new car in a different environment, watch some ducks play in a water and I had a chance to snap some pictures. Yeah! I like the end result and I hope you do too.

Yummy Hommus

All I want to say today is that Noah is crazy about hommus :) He loves all kinds of food but he especially likes hommus! This particular one (that he fed himself this morning) was with garlic and roasted peppers. I left him just for couple minutes so i could heat up my meal and here is what i found when I came back. Hilarious!

Teething, birthday party and more...

In spite of the fact that Noah was teething pretty intensely for the last several days (and I have not slept well since Thursday night :) we ended up having a good weekend.
After a brief visit at a doctor's office on Friday afternoon (where the doctor confirmed that Noah is just teething), me and Noah went to Wallmart were I got him his first big boy car! Boy he was so excited to ride in it (and so was his mommy :)) On Saturday afternoon we went over to Jason and Ania's house for Iza's 3rd birthday party! We all had a lot of fun, but the kids were just overjoyed! They got to jump on a big blown up trampoline, dance with Abby Cadabby and be entertained and painted by the clown! Here are the pictures from our last weekend:

All the kids were being painted by the clown so I though that Noah should also get his face painted... bad idea :))

Me and Noah

I am always the one that takes photos of everyone and I don't really have too many photos with Noah (for my standards I don't :) Today i asked Paul to take couple casual shots of me and Noah walking in front of our house. Every evening before Noah starts his bedtime routine (which includes bath, supper and rocking), me and him go outside and have some special time together; we practice walking, we watch doggies run around and sometimes we stop by to chat with neighbors while their kids are all playing together. I can't wait for Noah to join all the kids on the block for a group play! Anyways, I think Paul did pretty good job with the pictures! I like them and I will cherish these special moments with Noah for the rest of my life.

Noah in a bucket and more...

Here are some more pictures that i took with my new lens. Can't you tell I'm excited? :) I just can't resist taking shots of Noah. He has such an expressive face and it's hard not to photograph it! The opportunities to catch something else that i adore seem to be endless! Ok, so I am just head over hills with my sweetheart :))
