Without having any plans for the weekend, me and babcia decided to take the kids for a one day trip to North Georgia. Our plan was to see the famous Cabbage Patch Kids General hospital in Cleveland (where Lilly was born :) and then drive to Helen for couple hours. I never knew i would want to introduce my kids to these awkward looking dolls but I must admit there is something about them that catches my interest and I wanted Leah to find out for herself whether she likes the dolls or not. Leah has already one Cabbage Patch baby that i bought prior she was born and i swear that Leah and this Cabbage Patch baby look alike. It's so funny. Now Leah has little more hair than before but still their chubby faces are very similar. Maybe that's the reason I really started to adore these weird looking dolls :)
According to the legend, Cabbage Patch Kids are kids and babies of all sizes and shapes that are born in the secret cabbage patch. The Bunnybees flying all around sprinkle magic crystal dust on the mother cabbages and that magic causes Cabbage Patch Kids to be born in the Cabbage Patch. BabyLand General hospital in Cleveland is the place where all the Cabbage Patch Kids and Babies are born and can live and play until someone adopts then and takes them home. After all, everybody should have a family to love :) After we left the General Hospital, we walked around the place because they had a whole bunch of kids stuff going on. Noah of course had to try the reverse jumping (like last year) but this time i had my camera with me :) He loves it and is not afraid of anything. After we left Cleveland, it was only 15 more minutes to reach Helen. I have been in Helen once when we first moved into GA almost ten years ago and wanted to see it again. On our way we stopped to buy some fresh organic eggs in the farm nearby and we also loved on some horses that were there. The kids had so much fun!
When we reached Helen, we walked around the town square, eat ice-cream and just had the best time just being together. I love North Georgia and I hope we can come back to Helen very soon for some water tubing! Noah will love it :)
Here is Leah with her first Cabbage Patch baby (sitting in her stroller for dolls).
Leah today with her new baby :)
Noah picking up his own Cabbage Patch within many, many different ones.
"I want this one mommy" :)
Very bad snapshot but i just like them together walking with their strollers.
(Noah settled for a Easter Cabbage Patch baby :)
Soo sweet :)
Noah jumping up in the air :) Soo brave. I am very proud of you :)
Loving the adrenaline :)
On a farm to pick up some fresh eggs. Noah really likes horses so we had to stop to feed and pet them. I need to take him for his first horseback ride soon.
Eating a caramel covered apple. Yummy!!!

Easter Session with Leah.
I have ordered some lights for my "studio" recently and i can now take pictures inside of my house, without depending on the weather. That's comfort, besides some people really like the indoor shots so i can now do indoor sessions! Yeah. It took me a while to figure out all the technical issues but finally all is working and i can't wait to use it! I am taking a studio lighting class starting next week and I am super excited to learn something new and take better pictures. There is so much to learn. Anyways, since we bought this incredible bunny, I had to take some pictures with Leah and Lola (yeah that's her name). Lola was the sweetest thing ever and didn't mind to be held in the basket. I just adore this bunny so much and I'm glad she is now part of our family. Both kids love her and I can't say enough good things about her. Anyways, i have made this Spring set up especially for Easter this year and i really adore the way the pictures turned out :) Love you Leah soo much. You are beautiful inside and out.
